Our mission is to maximize achievement through a rich variety of educational experiences in a safe and caring environment. Our intent is to educate all levels of learners through diverse educational programs that foster growth of students in becoming creative thinkers and instill in each child the desire for life-long learning.In order to continue to provide an exceptional educational experience for students, the Peshtigo School District Board of Education is analyzing solutions that will address current facility concerns facing the District.

Facilities Press Releases:

NEW - Citizen's Update, December 2020

What we've done:

  • In spring 2020, the District hired Performance Services, Inc. to help guide long-term facility planning. A facility study revealed that the Peshtigo Middle/High School needed extensive repairs.
  • The District sought community feedback at two events called Connect (November 2019) and ReConnect (October 2020). These meetings helped identify the educational priorities for the district.
  • A 35-member Facility Advisory Committee (FAC) was formed to provide meaningful input to the Board of Education about several possible facility solutions. The committee evaluated solutions based on educational programming, construction considerations and financial impact.

Community Facility Priorities

  • Create pathways and partnerships for specialized courses including technical education, life skills, flexible learning spaces, agriculture programming;
  • Address facilities needed for these programs;
  • Provide community access, performance areas, green space and gyms;
  • Expand and reconfigure space to meet modern programming needs.
